Where does Beeswax come from?
The most natural wax is beeswax, which is made by bees. Honey bees collect nectar and pollen to make honey. As they digest honey, the wax glands on the underside of their abdomen convert the honey into tiny flakes, which then harden into wax.
The natural scent of beeswax comes from the honey stored in the comb by the bees. The natural yellow color of beeswax candles comes from the nectar and pollen the bees bring back to the hive from flowers.
Beeswax candles are the only candles with a natural scent without any additives.
